Where do you deliver to?
We are located in Millcreek and deliver all over the Salt Lake Valley, from Provo, to Bountiful. Delivery fees vary by location, see our full list here.
What days do you deliver?
We are open for deliveries Monday - Friday and are closed on Saturday and Sundays. We are closed for all major holidays and the week between Christmas and New Years.
When will my order be delivered?
Our delivery route starts around 1:00pm everyday. You can typically expect to see your order between 1:00 - 6:00pm on the day of delivery.If I select pickup for my order, when can I expect to pick up my order?
All pickup orders placed online and over the phone will be completed the day you request. We will give you a call as soon as it is finished, but feel free to call our shop if you have additional questions! -
How big are your flower arrangements?
Each arrangement is unique and will have varying sizes and shapes depending on the seasonal flowers that are available. Feel free to call our shop if you have a specific size in mind!What kinds of flowers do you use for your arrangements?
We work with local growers to ensure the flowers we select are the freshest, most beautiful options available that season. We like to showcase the unique beauty each season has to offer, which is why you’ll notice that our arrangements are organized by color palettes. We show a variety of examples within that color palette, highlighting the uniqueness of every arrangement we make. -
How do I care for my flower arrangement?
To ensure your flowers remain fresh and looking beautiful for as long as possible, follow these care tips:-Upon receiving your flowers, Add cool Water Regularly and Replace the Water Entirely every few days.
-Place the arrangement in a cool location, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and drafts if possible.
-Watch for wilting and Remove any dead flowers or leaves promptly to keep the rest of your arrangement healthy.
How long should my fresh flower arrangement last?
We source our flowers locally every day to ensure the freshest stems for your arrangement! Some flower varieties are heartier than others and may last longer, but overall, cut flowers typically last between 3 – 7 days if well maintained and in an optimum environment. We cannot guarantee replacement arrangements for flowers that die more than 3 days after delivery. Please call our shop with any additional questions or issues and we will be happy to resolve it for you! -
Do you offer custom flower arrangements for delivery or pickup?
If you’re wanting something different than our offered color palettes, we love working directly with you to create something custom and truly unique. For custom orders, give our shop in Millcreek a call at (801) 272-3431 to speak with one of our designers directly about your order! -
Where is your storefront located?
Our storefront is located at 1586 East 3900 South, Millcreek, Utah. We have several parking spots available on the East side of the building or around the back!When is your storefront open?
Our storefront is open Monday - Friday 10:00am - 6:00pm. We are closed for most National holidays.
