Event Design Call

we want to know all about you and your unique story! fill out an event questionnaire to help us understand your color palette, design preferences, and budget before you set up a Complimentary design call to tell us more about your dream and review the proposed details to see if we’re a good fit.

step 02

Custom Proposal

once we’ve gotten to know each other and you’ve booked us for your special day, we provide you with a custom proposal of visual examples, price breakdowns, and flower specifications. this collaboration between our clients is our favorite part of the design process. we’ll work together to tweak until we have a clear plan to bring your dreams to life!

step 03

Event Execution

this is when the magic really happens. flowers are soured, processed, and arranged into custom works of art to visually convey the unique parts of your story. our team will work on site day of to ensure any hiccups are resolved and your day unfolds seamlessly and beautifully.


Our fill-a-vase program

How We Give Back…

when you book with blooms & company, you can feel good about the impact the flowers will have long after your event has ended. we provide the option to participate in our “fill-a-vase program” to help give back to our community. flowers left after the event are brought back to our shop and are available for local pickup for a donation minimum of $25. all proceeds gathered from the event flowers are donated to choice humanitarian. learn more about choice’s mission and the wonderful impacts they have across the globe.
